Dawn Michelle Eldred

Dawn Michelle Eldred was born in Bellingham, Washington, and lived in Blaine, Washington. She was married to Jason Dylan Eldred, and they were together for 26 years.

Dawn will be remembered for her determination to live fully and her positive outlook on life. She believed in finding a "silver lining" in difficult situations. Her father shared that her birth brought joy into his life, a feeling that remained with him always. Dawn treated everyone she met with kindness and care.

She enjoyed planning parties and decorating for holidays and special events, including Halloween, Christmas, birthdays, and baby showers. Dawn liked fishing and crabbing, spending time on the water, creating art, and being around animals. She showed care for all living beings.

Dawn attended Ferndale High School and graduated in Mount Vernon. She worked in the food industry, attended flagging school, and took classes toward becoming a teacher. She wanted to encourage and support children in their learning.

Dawn was a capable woman who faced challenges directly and worked to solve problems as they arose. She lived her life with honesty and respect for others.

She is survived by her husband, Jason Dylan Eldred; her daughter, Adriann Collins Dyke; her father, David W. Eldred; her mother, Vickie Holmes; her stepmother, Becki Eldred; her sister, Roxanne Wickes; her goddaughter, April Mae Still; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel W. Eldred.

A memorial service will be held on April 4th, 2026, at 10 AM.
