Dawn Camille Hill

Dawn Camille Walters Hill, age 56, of Cynthiana, KY, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024. She was born in Lexington, KY on September 11, 1968, to Mitchell Bruce Walters and the late Molly Lou Ann Caskey Walters.
Dawn loved the Lord, her grandbabies and family. She was saved in 2009 and was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. Her family describes Dawn as someone who was just born to be a mom and grandma. She loved videoing her grandbabies and watching the videos over and over, while telling stories of them to others. Dawn read the Bible until she could no longer hold it up, she then listened to the Bible app and always took notes of what she read or heard while listening. She also loved playing the piano, singing and listening to hymns, pink was her favorite color, and enjoyed visiting The Ark Encounter here in Kentucky. Dawn will be missed by many, but all know she is in the presence of the Lord; safe, healthy and happy in Heaven.
She is survived by the love of her life, Marty Stokes; a son, Adam (Lauren) Dee Hill; daughters Bethany (Jordan) Dawn Hill Mefford, Emilie Katherine Hill; brothers Jerry (Diana) Walters, Mitchell (Irina) Walters; a sister, Darlene (David) Rice; five grandchildren, Story Raylynn Hill, Violet Leaf Hill, Maris Rayne Mefford, Maddox Rhys Mefford, Maverick Gray Mefford; and special friend, Judy Devers.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Cynthiana Baptist Church, 212 E. Pleasant St., Cynthiana, KY, at 3:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Bro.
