Dawn Dolores Ludlow, née Huff, passed away on March 15, 2026, leaving behind a legacy marked by her profound kindness and unwavering love. Born on October 13, 1970, Dawn graced this world with a personality as vibrant and unforgettable as the woman herself. She was known for her selfless nature, quick wit, and stubborn strength, all wrapped in a grace and wisdom that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. Those who experienced Dawn’s presence understood that she ran on her own unique schedule—affectionately known to many as “Dawn Time,” always a bit late, often by hours, much to the amusement of friends and family.

A towering figure in presence and spirit, Dawn’s favorite indulgence was enjoying tall cans of Coke—only with her very specific ice—and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee. Her joie de vivre was apparent in her love for the simple and beautiful things: decorating for Christmas with artistic flair, creating stunning drawings, and cooking delicious meals that brought comfort and joy to those around her. She embraced life’s small pleasures—from devouring donuts and waffles slathered with peanut butter to unwinding in her car while listening to audiobooks, or savoring the luxury of getting her nails done. Hallmark movies also found a special place in her heart, a testament to her appreciation for stories filled with warmth and hope.

Her proudest accomplishments were not measured by worldly accolades but by her cherished family. Dawn adored her children and grandchildren, investing her heart and soul into their well-being. Her deep commitment extended beyond family life into her spiritual walk; she passionately shared the Gospel with her loved ones and was devoted to leading them closer to Christ Jesus.

She is survived with immense love by her devoted husband Andy Ludlow, and her beloved children Brittany (Cole) Blakely, Ashley Rose, Ocean Long, Andrianna Ludlow, and TJ Ludlow. The joy of Dawn’s life extended to her grandchildren Elijah Rose, Mia Rose, Harper Rose, and Mo Rose, who brightened her days and fulfilled her deepest hopes.

Born to Alton Huff and Roxann Gaynor, Dawn cherished the bonds she shared with her family. She is also remembered by her siblings Thomas (Trish) Huff and Amanda (Keith) Hill, as well as her nieces and nephews, Alexis, Aliza, Alex, Jessica, Kaden, and Kelton. Alongside these immediate family members, many extended relatives and friends hold dear the memory of her warm smile and enduring spirit.

Dawn’s life journey was marked by moments of joy and resilience, underscored by an unshakable will and loving determination. Though deeply missed, she leaves behind a tapestry woven with laughter, care, and the profound impact of a truly remarkable woman. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Ronald Gaynor.

In mourning Dawn Dolores Ludlow, we honor a woman who blessed the lives she touched with her generous heart, her lively humor, and her lasting grace. Her story remains etched in the hearts of all who knew her, a testament to a life fully and beautifully lived.
