Dawson was a graduate of Rio Hondo College and enjoyed fishing, cooking, and hunting.
He is survived by his parents, Moses Alexander III and Priscilla Putman Alexander; sister, Claire Roces (Mark); nephews, Mark and Alec Roces.
Funeral mass will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 27,2025 at Christ the Redeemer Anglican in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Inurnment will be at White Oak UMC in Eufaula, Alabama.
