Dean H. Campbell

Dean H. Campbell was a devoted and loving husband for over 36 years, and a loving father and grandfather. He passed away suddenly at home on Saturday morning, June 7, 2025. Dean was born on November 23, 1953 in Saginaw to Herbert and Joyce (Osborn) Campbell and graduated from Pinconning High School in 1972. He worked in food service most of life, first as a cook at Delphi in Saginaw and then as the Head Chef at the former Serendipity Restaurant in Bay City. Dean then was head of maintenance at the former Holiday Inn in Saginaw. He has been a longtime member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish – St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Dean enjoyed hunting and fishing, camping, playing bingo and going to the casinos. He loved taking his fur baby Skylar to walks at the park.
On October 28, 1988 Dean was united in marriage to the love of his life, the former Linda Lou Trimble and she survives his passing along with his son, Ralph and grandson, Donivan. He is also survived by his two sisters, Diana (Patrick) Williams and Linda Husen; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, Dean was also preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Donald and Lorriane Trimble; and a brother-in-law, Don Husen.
The family would like to thank the EMT's from Medstar that made a valiant effort to revive Dean on Saturday morning. EMT Justin Newman was especially comforting to Linda and her family, and it will never be forgotten.
