Deanna "Didi" Smith

Deanna “Didi” Smith, 54, of Adelphi passed away on July 9, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1971 in Washington Court House to Thomas and Eva (Fetherolf) Woodgeard. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her father-in-law Raymond Smith, brother-in-law Raymond “Butch” Smith. She is survived by her father Thomas Woodgeard; her husband David Smith; children Haylee Smith and Brittany (Richard) Berry; grandchildren Alexis and Mackenzie Barnes, Damien Hart, Nina and Raymond Oakes, Sarrah, Richard IV and Eva Berry; brothers Troy (Kellie) Woodgeard and Brian (Melissa) Woodgeard; mother-in-law Geneva Smith; brothers Rick (Sandy) Smith, Chuck (Jocene) Smith, Tom (Rhonda) Smith, Jeff (Angie) Smith, Bryan (Joy) Smith, sisters-in-law Debbie Kramer and Johanna Smith and by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at noon at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10-Noon.
