MAYSVILLE — Dearld L. Tibbe, 81, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
He was born on November 11, 1941, to the late Elmer Edward and Lucy May (Bauer) Tibbe.
He was a member of Highland Christian Church and served in the United States Marine Corp.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie (Teegarden) Tibbe who he married September 18, 1987.
He is survived by his children, Bill Tibbe (Connie) of Sardinia, Ohio, Dean Tibbe (Christy) of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Kimberly Ginn (Scott) of New Richmond, Ohio; two step-children, Lisa Hutchison (Bob) of Maysville, KY and Scott Doyle (Teara) of Maysville, KY; eight grandchildren, Stephanie (Geoff) Tibbe, Philip Tibbe, Kyle Tibbe, Matthew Tibbe, Ashley Tibbe, Alyssa (Sam) Overkamp, Zoe Hallahan and Colton Doyle; four great grandchildren, Hailey Hampton, Shelby Hampton, Auna Hall, and June OverKamp; and one sister, Roberta Davis of New York.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. on Friday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Maysville.
Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11-1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
