Deb Wostmann Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Threadgill's Memorial Services, LLC on Mar. 18, 2026.
Debra Jean Wostmann, known lovingly to family and friends as "Deb", born Debra Jean Hall, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026, in her home in Portland, Oregon, surrounded by her loved ones, after a valiant two-year battle with Pancreatic Cancer. She was 66 years old.

Debra was born on January 2, 1960, in Springfield, Oregon. She lived a life full of love, creativity, and connection, always placing family and friends at the center of her world.

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Wostmann; her three children, Ami Luckett, Jennifer Wostmann, and Jonathan Wostmann; her mother, Jan Sohlman; and her sister, Joy Lander. She also leaves behind her cherished nieces, Jenna and Kelsey; five beloved grandchildren, Hayley, Hartley, Hadley, Halen, and Jack; and one great-grandchild, Grayson, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Debra was a dedicated real estate agent, known for her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the people she worked with. Outside of her career, she was a passionate dog lover and foster mom, opening her heart and home to animals in need. By her side through it all was her beloved Golden Retriever, Willow, a constant companion who brought her comfort, joy, and unconditional love.

She found peace and happiness at the beach, especially while spending time at her beach house. Debra adored holidays and was famous among family and friends for her festive decorations and joyful celebrations. She loved hosting gatherings, creating welcoming spaces where laughter, conversation, and memories were always shared.

A lover of beauty in all forms, Debra surrounded herself with flowers both inside and outside her home. An amateur florist with an eye for perfect pairings, she took great pleasure in arranging blooms that reflected her creativity and vibrant spirit.

Debra will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the love she so freely gave. Her presence brought warmth to every room, and her legacy lives on in the family, friends, and lives she touched.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
