It is with profound love and sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Debbi Lynn Letson Waldroop on July 15, 2025.

Despite many struggles with her health, Debbi remained a warrior throughout her life. Her perseverance and determination to beat the odds will remain a source of inspiration to those she leaves behind.

She spent many years married to Brian Waldroop, raising her daughters, Nicole Ledford (Jacob) and Danielle Talley (Jordan). She was also a proud and devoted Mimi to Emmett, Rowen, Wilder, and Theo Ledford, as well as Halztyn and Colesyn Talley. Her greatest pride was being a Mimi to her grandchildren and a mother to her daughters.

The second born of the Four Letson Sisters, she is survived by Cindy Letson (George), Josie Letson (John), and Summer Southard (Brian). The Letson Sisters shared many wonderful adventures-singing, laughing, and making a lifetime full of memories. They were united by an unshakable bond, fueled by love and compassion.

She is also survived by her mother, Charlotte Letson, and preceded in death by her father, Bill Letson.

Debbi was an accomplished respiratory therapist, with almost three decades of service to her community. Her tender care toward her patients and coworkers left an everlasting impact on all who knew her.

We take comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her beloved dad, Bill, and walking on streets of gold.

She will be forever remembered by her daughters, grandchildren, mother, sisters, many nieces and nephews, and all who were blessed to know her.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 21st, at Cartoogechaye Baptist Church from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by a service at 12:00 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to wear florals, bright colors, and clothing that represents the joy in celebrating the life of Debbi Lynn Letson Waldroop.
