Debbie Forbes Obituary
Visitation will be at Feliciana Baptist Church in Clinton on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025 from 9am until service at 11am. A private family burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Baker. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Rita (Janette) and David Hancock, Sr. Brothers, Randel Forbes and wife, LuLu, and David Hancock, Jr. and wife, Laurie and a sister, Sheree Forbes. 7 nieces & nephews, 8 great nieces and great nephews and 1 great great nephew. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald (Don) Forbes and grandparents, Elmer and Edith Forbes and Clyde and Clodie Morgan. Pallbearers will be Ricky Forbes, Rocky Forbes, Ken Mann, Grayson Terrell, Richie Ginn, Jimmy "Tub" Newcomb, David Martinez, and Ray Martinez. Honorary pallbearers will be Jessie Guillot, Steve Martinez and Jason Sterling. Debbie was a member of Feliciana Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Arlington Vocational School. She was a member of the Road Runners Special Olympics. She was crowned Ms. Baker Jr. High. Debbie had a love for music and dance and a love for people like no one else. She was the heart and joy of our family and will be greatly missed. The Family would like to express sincere thanks to The Graham House for all of their 42 plus years of care and compassion given to our Sweet Debbie.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s.
