Debbie Ann Forkum

Debbie Ann (Allen) Forkum, 69, of Paragould, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. She was born March 31, 1954, to Earl and Oma Allen.
Debbie was united in marriage to James D. Forkum on November 27, 1971, in Paragould, Arkansas.
Debbie was a Cosmetologist and she also worked at Lincoln Automotive in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was co-owner of Hillcrest Tool & Die in Paragould, Arkansas for many years where she worked with her husband and sons.
In her spare time, you could find Debbie working in her flower beds; fishing at the lake with her special friend, David Kingensmith or "junkin" with her Best Friends, Tammy and Sherry.
Debbie always had a smile on her face and to know her was to love her. The world lost a wonderful person when God took her home.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Forkum; sister, Karen Brown; brother, Boyce Allen; niece, Lisa Ann Brogdon; and her beloved dog, Ellie.
Survivors include her sons, Kelly Forkum, Corey (Kathy) Forkum all of Paragould; brother, Rick (Theresa) Allen; grandson, Keifer Forkum; and loving dogs, Jed and Daisy.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 12, from 11:00 a.m. until service time at Phillips Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home with John Chandler officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Bill Mayberry, Jason Lisemby, Wade Boyd, Charlie Eno, Lindel Ervin, and Aaron Eno will serve as pallbearers. Anthony Baird and the employees of Hillcrest Tool & Die will serve as honorary pallbearers.
