Debbie had worked in retail as a cashier before retiring. She loved to spend time gardening, loved cooking, enjoying nature, as well as playing games on her iPad.
Private services are planned.
Debbie is survived daughters, Amy Piet / Snipes of Perry, FL. Rachel Piet /Lanier, Statesboro, GA. As well as her sisters, Elizabeth Alexander, Ocilla, GA, Delores Stewart, Tacoma, Washington, Janet Johnson, St. Augustine; 6 grandchildren, Haley Michelle Snipes, Christopher Michael Piet, Kristina Annette Piet, Kelsey Bragg, William Holden Bragg, and Hank Lanier. She had 1 great-granddaughter Cheyenne Rae Bragg, and her nieces Krystal and Victoria Steward, Glenda Johnson/ Walter, and nephews James Williams, Teddy Hagan, and James Stewart and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Doctor T. Johnson, III.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements
