Debbie Parks, 71, of Marked Tree, Arkansas departed this life on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was born on June 25, 1952, to J.P. and Sarah Gregg Ragan in West Memphis, Arkansas. Debbie enjoyed making bracelets, arts and crafts. She had a passion for cooking and enjoyed spending time with her family. Her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews were her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: David Ragan and John Ragan, and five sisters: Libby Randolph Kozohorsky, Joyce Catt, Becky Gibson, Pat Champion and Sue Burgess.
Debbie is survived by two sons: Jackie G. Ragan (April) of Marked Tree, Arkansas, and Casey E. Ragan (Erin) of Hardy, Arkansas, one daughter: Sarah Harbison (Tim) of Dresden, Tennessee, seven grandchildren: Beau Ragan, Jamie G. Ragan, Aniston Harbison, Timothy Harbison, Jr., Balon Ragan, Adalyn Ragan and Makayla Harbison, one brother, several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. and visitation will be held Sunday, June 2, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Delancey Funeral Home in Marked Tree, Arkansas.
Interment will follow in Garden Point Cemetery, Etowah, Arkansas.
Brother Zach Davis will officiate the service.
Pallbearers are Beau Ragan, Jamie G. Ragan, Timothy Harbison, Jr., Balon Ragan, Patrick Champion, J.P. Ragan, Draper Champion and Bryan Archer.
Honorary Pallbearers are the staff and residents of Three Rivers Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
A special thank you to all the wonderful people at Three Rivers Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, St. Bernards ICU and CCU and Flo and Phil Hospice House.
