Debbie A. Scholtes, 69, of Myerstown, PA, died Monday, April 21, 2025, at her residence.
She was the wife of Brian L. Scholtes, to whom she would have been married 47 years on July 15, 2025.
Born in Coaldale, PA on August 30, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Leroy H., Sr. and Gladys M. (Heffelfinger) Reed.
Debbie was a 1973 graduate of Tulpehocken High School. She was employed at Hershey Medical Center, where she worked in the billing department for about 20 years, retiring in 2022. Debbie enjoyed camping.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Brian, Jr., husband of Jeanine Scholtes, of Myerstown, Brandon, husband of Autumn Scholtes, of Richland; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Reed, of Lebanon; and several nieces and nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Reed, Jr.
Services and inurnment will be private.
