A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 12:30pm at Center View Baptist Church in Jacksonville, NC with Rev. Stan Budd officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-12:30 at the church prior to the service.
Debbi was an administrator for a moving company and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Gary McCormack of the home; son, Jacob McCormack (Nikole) of Hubert; sisters, Barb Pohlkamp of Groton, SD, Nancy Torba of Apple Valley, MN, and Kathy King of AZ; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to SSC for SouthEastern Medical Oncology c/o Dana Sutton at 919-587-9056 or to the charity of one's choice.

Gary,
Our deepest sympathy. Debi was full of life, love, faith and friendship. She was a ray of sunshine to everyone who was blessed to have met or known her. I will never forget how kind she was and how strong she was. I admired her attitude towards her illness, she took it all in stride and I admired her so much for it. She touched my heart and I will miss her posts on Facebook and seeing her photos. She was a true blessing and is now a beautiful angel singing in Gods choir. Take care and please know Scott will always be here for you. Take care. Love you and we loved Debi and always will. God Bless you.
