Debora June Westerhoff, age 69, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at her residence in Hayward, WI. She was born on August 4, 1955 in Port Washington, WI, the daughter of Calvin and Joan (Allen) Stageman. She was united in marriage to David H. Westerhoff on December 28, 1996 in Hammond, IN.
Debora was raised in the Port Washington, WI area and a graduate of Ozaukee High School. She worked for TroyBilt in Port Washington for many years before moving to the Northwoods and selling homeowner's insurance for Barron Mutual Insurance with the Namekagon Neighbors Agency. She later became the business manager of Townhall Software Inc.
She is survived by her son, Nathan Rickards of Hayward, WI; her stepdaughters, Carrie (John) Nelson of Drummond, WI and Susan (Eric) Hogg of Greenfield, WI; her grandchildren, Mason, Phoenix, Meagan, Bethany, Anna, Jennifer, Brett and Scott; her great-grandchildren, Arlo, Brianna, Jacob, Evelyn, Rebecca, Wyatt, Fortino and Kaylie; her mother, Joan Stageman of Marinette, WI; her siblings, Calvin (Cindy) Stageman of North Pole, AK, Diane (Santos) Benavidas of Colorado Springs, CO, Lori (Bruce) Ramthun of Marinette, WI, Steven (Cindy) Stageman of Wausaukee, WI, Cheryl (Mike) Kassens of Cascade, WI, Kevin (Donna) Stageman of Fredonia, WI and Gary Stageman of Saukville, WI; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Debora is preceded in death by her father, Calvin Stageman; her husband, David Westerhoff; and a sister-in-law, Kathy Stageman.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 15741 Guard Street in Hayward, where visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the hour of the service. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
