Deborah Alibrandi Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Boston Cremation - Malden Care Center on Sep. 14, 2023.
Deborah Anne Alibrandi (Faust), known affectionately as Debbie, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2023, at the age of 71 in Lowell, Massachusetts. She was born on October 10, 1951, in Princeton, Indiana, to Marjorie (Thomas) and Virgil Faust.
Debbie will be remembered as a kind, funny, and loyal woman who possessed an amazing southern charm. She had a remarkable sense of humor and a compassionate nature that endeared her to everyone she met. Debbie never wanted to complain and always found a way to see the bright side of any situation. Her warm personality and genuine care for others will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Debbie dedicated over 25 years of her career as an Executive Assistant at MIT. Her professionalism, dedication, and organizational skills were greatly valued by her colleagues and made a lasting impact on the institution.
Debbie is survived by her beloved cat Izzy, who brought her much joy and comfort. She is also survived by her Uncle Denzel Wallace of Melrose; cousins Barbara North (Wallace), Donna Colborne (Wallace), Jane Knutsen (Wallace), David Wright of Illinois, Jane Richardson (Wright) of Indiana, Beth Knapp (Wright) of Indiana, John Wright of Indiana, Randall Webster of Illinois, Tracy McDaniel (Webster) of Arkansas, and Christy Richards (Webster) of Arkansas, and the late John "Johnny" D. Wallace of NH, along with their families, and former husband Steven Alibrandi of Wakefield.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother Marjorie Faust (Thomas), father Virgil Faust, brother William Faust, Aunt Barbara Wallace (Thomas), Aunt Virginia Wright (Thomas) and Uncle Jerry Wright, and Aunt Gracie Webster (Thomas). Their memories will forever be cherished by those who loved them.
A memorial service to celebrate Debbie's life will be planned in Princeton, Indiana, at a later date. Boston Cremation, located in Malden, Massachusetts, is assisting the family with the arrangements during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made in Debbie's to PAWS, located at 383 Lowell Street, Suite 5, Wakefield, MA 01880. These contributions will help support the organization's mission and honor Debbie's love for animals.
Debbie's warm spirit, sense of humor, and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration for those who loved her.
