Deborah was born on March 1, 1971 in Denville, NJ, to Lois and William Carota Jr.
She graduated from NFA in 1989, attended the University of Miami, and spent her career as a beverage server at Foxwoods Resort & Casino.
Deborah was a devoted mother, grandmother, and generous friend. She will be remembered for her ability to make friends with everyone she met, her bright spirit, her warmth, her laughter, and her compassion to help those in need.
She loved going for walks with friends, hiking Mount Washington every year, loved the water, the beach, swimming and kayaking, taking photos and videos, she always had a camera in her hand. She did competitive cheerleading at NFA, and loved to dance, spend time with friends and family.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her two children Stephanie Constantinidis and Julianne Alice, her granddaughter Olympia Constantinidis, her brothers Kevin and Gary Carota, and her mother Lois Carota. She is predeceased by her father William Carota Jr.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hands on Hartford in her memory.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 30th from 4-7 pm at the Woyasz & Son Funeral Home, 141 Central Ave, Norwich. A celebration of her life will be on Saturday, May 31st at the Poquetanuck firehouse, 87 CT - 2A, Preston, CT 06365, beginning at 1:00pm. Food, ice, and refreshments provided. BYOB.
