Deborah Ann Marie Candiano Belleville Weil, born August 7, 1959, in Gary, Indiana, passed peacefully into heaven on February 10, 2026, surrounded by the deep love of her family.

Deborah lived a life defined by giving to others, love, and unwavering faith. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. To know her was to feel cared for. Her kindness extended far beyond her family, she touched countless lives with her gentle strength and generous heart.

She was very passionate about fashion and graduated from Stevens College before pursuing fashion design in New York. Though she loved creativity and style, her greatest and most treasured role was living out her true dream of being a devoted mother and wife.

Deborah loved entertaining and bringing everyone together. She made everyone feel welcome and important. She was truly the life of the party with her unforgettable energy. She was the sparkle in her family’s lives, making holidays especially Christmas truly magical, filling her home with warmth, tradition, and joy that her children and grandchildren will carry with them forever. Her laughter, her presence, and the way she brought people together created memories that will last for generations.

Deborah shared her life with her loving husband of 21 years, George Weil, who loved her deeply, and cared for her especially throughout her illness. She was also preceded in death by her late husband of 20 years, father of all of her children, Chuck Belleville, with whom she shared meaningful years and cherished memories.

More than anything, Deborah cherished her family. She was a devoted and proud mother to Annette Belleville (son Jordan Farr), Jennifer De Oliviera, spouse August De Oliviera  (son Aiden), Maria Weldon, spouse Lukas Weldon (sons Drew and Dominic), Carol Belleville (son Dawson Charles Belleville), and Cody Belleville. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she is now whole, free from pain, and resting peacefully in heaven.

She is survived by her husband, George Weil; her beloved children and grandchildren; her brother, Charles Candiano, spouse Darrell Hobson, and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever carry her kindness, strength, sparkle, and joy in their hearts.

Her love was her legacy, and it lives on in each of us.
