Deborah Ann Brancato, 73, After a long battle with cancer passed away peacefully in her home in Kingwood, TX on Friday, Dec 20, 2024.
Deborah was born on September 15, 1951, in Akron, Ohio to John and Barbara Ryan. When Deborah was young, her father moved the family to Malvern, Pennsylvania. She then attended Henderson High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Deborah was a single mother when she met and fell in love with her husband, David Brancato. David and Deborah married and moved the family to Texas in 1989 for a job opportunity.
They began to build a life together in Kingwood, Texas and soon became part of the community. She began to build lasting friendships with others in the community, along with owners of local shops/businesses.
Deborah spent her days in service to her family and those she loved. One of those deep-rooted passions was her love and devotion to man's best friend. It was one of her absolute charms! Her love for dogs was only overshadowed by her love for her husband, son and beautiful grandchildren.
Her passions were many. She loved her vacations to Vegas, she loved her collections, and she could often be found listening to one of her all-time favorites, Barry Manilow.
Deborah absolutely loved the holiday season, and everything Christmas! During Christmas time, she could be found cooking and baking for those she loved. She was famous for her Christmas popcorn she would make and give as gifts to her friends and loved ones. Her wide array of holiday decorations was always a feast for the eyes! Other interests of Deborah's were shopping and gardening. She could often be found every Sunday afternoon at one of her favorite local Restaurants, Three B's Grill in Kingwood.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Barbara Ryan, and her brother, Jack Ryan.

Debbie was my beautiful and gifted sister-in-law. With a sparkle in her eyes and a positive outlook that was contagious, she lit up every room she entered. Her kind heart and fierce loyalty made her a cornerstone of our family - helping, encouraging, supporting whenever the need arose. When our parents had to move into assisted living, Debbie was there, hands-on to clear out the house and offering many a suggestion that made things so much easier for all of us. Debbie was a devoted mother and an ever caring and loving grandmother. When our parents had to move into assisted living, Debbie was there, hands-on to clear out the house and with many a suggestion that made things so much easier for all of us. I smile when I think of Debbie and David's visit to our place in Germany. One of the high points was when she scurried down the sandy slope to put her toes in the Rhine River, which she had always wanted to do. Debbie and David were each other's best friend throughout all of their 40 years together. That is a claim not every married couple can make. She will be missed by all of us now."
