Deborah Ann DelSignore "Nana" (nee: Leonardo), of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully at her home on August 16, 2025, with her loving husband and son by her side. Deborah was born on October 15, 1952, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Michael Anthony Leonardo, and Helen Leonardo Wilson (nee: Shatlock). Deborah graduated from East McKeesport High School in 1970, and later attended Community College of Allegheny County and Arizona Western College. Deborah married David "Dave" Joseph DelSignore of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, on November 4, 1972, in East McKeesport. Thereafter, they embarked on many travels domestic and abroad while Dave served nearly 30 years in the United States Marine Corps. They were married for 53 years. Deborah was employed as an office manager for State Farm Insurance for many years. Deborah enjoyed shopping with and for her grandchildren. She loved the holidays; baking cookies and crafting wreaths. Reading brought her great joy. One of her favorites was sitting on her cabin porch with Dave, taking in the mountain air. Remaining to cherish her memory and smile are husband, David; son, Michael DelSignore; daughter-in- law, Kelly DelSignore, and three grandchildren, Sadie, Linden, and Reyla DelSignore. Preceding Deborah in death are father, Michael Leonardo; mother, Helen Leonardo Wilson; stepfather, Joseph Wilson; and sister, Sandra M. Barton. Deborah will be missed beyond measure ... "We love you Nana." The family will celebrate her life during a future gathering.
