Deborah "Debi" Lynn Baker Gannaway was born October 14th, 1952 to Coy Nella McCoy Baker and Milton Frank Baker in Ventura, CA. She was a hard-working daughter and big sister to her brother William "Bill" Baker. She was a patient and supportive wife to her husband Robert "Bob" Rector Gannaway Jr who preceded her in death on September 4th, 2024. She was a loving mother to her daughters Breanne Gannaway and Kelyna Wayton, and adored her granddaughter Troian Wayton. She is loved and missed by so many people who were in her life.

Throughout her life she was involved in many non-profit service organizations from when she was a young lady in the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, to adulthood when she joined the Order of the Eastern Star and the Social Order of the Beauceant. She graduated from Pasadena High School and went on to receive a BA in Mathematics in 1974 from the University of Texas at Austin. During her time at school she was on the drill team and made straight A's. She was initiated as a member of Delta Zeta in 1971. The year after she graduated, on October 18th, 1975, she married Bob, and then in 1988 welcomed her first child, Breanne. They all welcomed Kelyna in 1995, and Troian in 2022.

Services will be held at Arlington Masonic Lodge on May 18th, 2025 at 2pm in the West Chapter Room, which is to the left when entering the main entrance. Arlington Eastern Star will be providing a meal after the service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation (KTEF) in her name. Thank you.
