Born December 31, 1962, in Adrian, MI. Deborah was the daughter of Leon and Delight Powell. Graduating as salutatorian from Ida High School in 1981. She then earned her Registered Nurse Degree and, ultimately, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Eastern Michigan University. She worked as a Registered Nurse for Henry Ford Hospital for over 40 years. She was very passionate about her career, always ready to share her knowledge and make sure things were always done by the book. In her free time, she was an avid traveler who loved to scuba dive.
Survivors include her daughters, Ashley and Kristen Harrison; siblings, Marvin Powell, Tina (Todd) Alexander, Diana (Pete) Poluka and a grandson, Ashton Lanuto. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
