"Bill" Hoffman; loving mother of Heather (James) Geisler and Justin (Stephanie) Machi; cherished grandmother of Finn & Madison Geisler and the late Noah Machi; dear sister of Kenneth (Victoria) Sroka; adored aunt of Katie Sroka and Stephen (Shelby) Sroka. Daughter of the late Paul F. Sroka & Martha (Pilatowski) Sroka. Prior to her retirement Deborah was the Director of Fundraising for Jefferson Hospital. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS.
