Deborah JoAnne (Danielson) Huebner was born on June 7, 1957, in Ortonville, MN, to LeRoy and Donna (Martinson) Danielson. She grew up on a farm near Ortonville and attended school in Chokio, MN, graduating from Chokio/Alberta High School with the Class of 1975. Deb went on to earn her associate degree and worked as a Medical Record Technician.
On May 8, 1976, Deb was united in marriage with Richard Alan Huebner. To this union, four boys were born: Shawn, Nathan, Carlos, and Eric. Deb and Rich lived on a farm near Donnelly, MN, for a year. From there, they lived in Clinton, MN, for a time, moving to rural Odessa, MN, and finally settling on the farm near Correll.
Always a hard worker and matriarch of her family, Deb did everything she could to support her husband, children, and grandchildren. In addition to working as a Medical Record Technician, she worked on the Appleton ambulance crew for several years.
Deb was exuberant and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved to travel!! Deb loved to travel anywhere and everywhere. Most of all, she loved to go to the beach and enjoyed basking in the sun. Deb enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening, and lounging by the pool. She challenged her mind with reading and Sudoku puzzles. Deb never turned down an opportunity to play a game of Farkle or to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She was known for her passion for dolphins and the color, purple. Deb loved garage and rummage sales and usually found herself a good deal. Being a social butterfly, Deb enjoyed Western dancing with Rich, singles and couples bowling, Bible study, golfing, and fishing.
Left to cherish Deb’s memory are her husband of 46 years, Rich Huebner; children: Shawn (Tara) Huebner of Colorado Springs, CO; Nathan (Amanda) Huebner of Odessa, MN; Carlos (Amber) Huebner of Corona, SD; and Eric (Autumn) Huebner of Savage, MN; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Donna Danielson of Ortonville, MN; siblings: David (Lori) Danielson of Correll, MN; Steven (Denise) Danielson of Fairfax, MN; Nancy (Ken) Hillman of Odessa, MN; and Tim (Kim) Danielson of Ortonville, MN; brothers-in-law: Brad Shelstad of Ortonville, MN; and Ralph (Mary) Huebner of Morris, MN; sister-in-law, Diane (Richard) Beckman of San Diego, CA; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Preceding her in death were her father, LeRoy Danielson; sister, Diana Shelstad; and father and mother-in-law, Don and Joyce Huebner.
