Born March 8, 1962, in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late Robert L. and Janice (Godshall) Wykoff.
Deborah is survived by her sons Justin and Travis Mader; grandchildren Camren, Austin, Tristan, Autumn, Wyatt, Jensen and Shiann; siblings Mark, Scott and Denise.
Services for Deborah will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Deborah's name may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
