Deborah Mancinelli Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Holloway Funeral Home - Pocomoke City on Dec. 15, 2025.
Mrs. Deborah Mae Mancinelli ("Debbi"), age 73 of Seaford, passed away November 22, 2025. She was born June 2,1952 in Sussex County, a daughter of the late Kenneth Kennedy and Ida Mae Foskey.
Debbi had a heart that rivaled the purest of the pure. Family was her life, and she kept her circle small and complete - choosing to focus on what brought her joy and contentment. She cherished and lived for her husband, two children, three grandchildren, and her many dogs and cats. Her pets and her home were her safe place, and the friends she shared her life with were kept to the highest standard. She loved hard but chose wisely, and to earn her love and trust was a gift.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis, her son, Brian (Diane), daughter, Jennifer (Jay), three grandchildren, Robert, Cody and Madilene, sister Brenda (Wayne - deceased), niece Amy and nephew Zachary, as well as many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brother, Charles, and her aunt, Jane.
Debbie will always be remembered for the energy she poured into everyone she loved and the passion she poured into everything for which she stood. All who knew her walked away a little lighter and brighter from the love she brought into their lives.
The family is planning a celebration of her life, to occur in the coming months. Debbi was a champion for homeless women and for homeless cats. Please consider donating to RedemptionCityDE.org or Forgottencats.org in her memory.
