Ms. Deborah Louise Pipkin

Deborah Brown Pipkin was born on April 13, 1962 to the late Fenzo Allen Jr. and Queen Brown. She departed this life on July 24, 2025. Deborah was educated in Scotland County Schools and completed her high school diploma in Germany while on tour with her mother. Deborha was a member of The New St. John Holiness Church in Laurinburg where she served as an usher and kitchen aid until her health failed her. Deborah, affectionately called Debbie, married the late Bobby Pipkin and to that union three sons were born. Quenton, Jarveese and Tyson. Debbie was a devoted mother. Debbie was employed in retail sales and worked in many positions to include cashier, lead supervisor and asst manager. Deborah worked for Roses, Revco, CVS and Walmart always providing excellent customer service and making new friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, her son Jarveese and her grandson Jaymir. She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Quenton and Tyson Pipkin of Fayetteville; two sisters Carolyn Cook of North Carolina, Sharon (Daryll) Allen of Virginia; one brother Michael (Jacqueline) Allen of Georgia, eight grand-children; Javion, Na'voughn, Tejohn, Demario, Kalaija, Jha'Siyh, Caleyna, Kalaiya; two nieces, seven nephews, five great nieces, three great nephews, two aunts, two uncles, one great aunt, Mary Rogers, a loving goddaughter Dannette Biggs, a devoted nephew Tyshon Brown, devoted cousins: Shirley, Jenny, Mary Brown and a host of other relatives and friends. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
