Deborah Rye Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Andras Crematory & Funeral Home Alternatives on Dec. 19, 2025.
Deborah Rye, born July 31, 1952, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025.
Deborah was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She found joy in life's simple and beautiful moments-especially her love of water, her passion for horses, and most of all, time spent with her beloved granddaughter, who was the light of her life.
She also had a special love for butterflies, seeing them as symbols of beauty, hope, and transformation. Those who loved her find comfort in believing that when butterflies appear, it may be a gentle reminder that Deborah is near, watching over them until they meet again.
Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved husband and her brother, whom she is now reunited with in heaven. She leaves behind her mother and her brother and her sister, with whom she shared an especially deep and unbreakable bond. Her sister was not only family, but also her closest confidant and best friend.
Family meant everything to Deborah. She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Dawn and Angie, and a proud grandmother. She held a special place in her heart for her nieces, loving them dearly.
Deborah is also lovingly remembered by her stepchildren, Kerry Rye, James Rye, and Wayne Rye, whom she cared for and would have wanted acknowledged as part of her family.
She will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her presence brought warmth, comfort, and peace to all who knew her.
Deborah's love and memory will live on forever.
