Deborah Starkey Obituary
She was born March 30, 1961 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Angus E. and Shirley R. Elmore Starkey.
Deborah was a strong believer in God; she was crafty and enjoyed doing artwork and puzzles; her favorite television show was Scooby-Doo, and she most enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters Shirley Hockman and Crystal (Roger) Dalrymple; her boyfriend Harold Rutter; her brother David L. Franks; grandchildren Jamie Hockman, Katelynn (Richie Jones) Euman, and Dustyn (Taylor) Tivner.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son Eric Hockman and her brother Elmer Persinger.
Per Deborah's wishes cremation will take place and no services will held at this time.
