Deborah Stump Obituary

Deborah Ann Stump, 71, of Westminster, died Thursday, August 14, 2025, at her home with family by her side. Born December 7, 1953 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Donald Dodd Stump and Elizabeth Montese Rush Stump. She attended Uniontown Bible Church, enjoyed going to Ocean City, bowling, bingo, carnivals, and her friends at The Arc. She is survived by her two sisters Donna L. Carroll (Bob) of Ellicott City and Dawn M. McFadden (Samuel) of Westminster; nephew Brent Carroll, nieces Brooke Widomski (Randy), Kaylee Willis (Brian) and Lindsey Stem, great-nieces and nephew Ella, Austen, Gabby and Lexi. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 at 12 p.m. at Uniontown Bible Church, 4272 Watson Lane, Union Bridge, MD 21791. Interment will follow at Druid Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to The Arc of Carroll County, Inc., 180 Kriders Church Rd., Westminster, MD 21158.
