Deborah Louise "Debbie" Suiter

Deborah Louise "Debbie" Suiter, age 68 of Clarksville, TN passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Debbie was born September 27, 1957, in Clarksville to the late Abner Brown Harvey III and Bettie Balthrop Harvey. She was preceded by her husband, Carl Suiter.

Debbie graduated from Clarksville High School in 1975 and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1980. She worked for Austin Peay State University where she was a Support Coordinator for over 39 years. Debbie and Carl rescued as many cats and dogs as they could and brought them to their home to care for them.

Survivors include one brother, Mike (Robin) Harvey; two sisters, Beth (Frank Straw) Harvey and Lydia Elmore; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the service hour.
