Deborah Diane Whipkey, 74, of Moundsville, WV, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, at WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Affectionately known as Diane, she was born on July 19, 1951 in Glen Dale, WV.

Diane was a devoted and loving homemaker, whose life was dedicated to providing care and comfort to her cherished family. Her warmth extended beyond her home, as she found joy in various pursuits such as crafting, planting flowers, feeding birds, cooking, studying genealogy, and nurturing her beloved dogs and cats.

A woman of deep Christian faith, Diane's spirit was a source of strength for all who knew her. She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Georgia (Thomas) Adams; her brothers, Ronald and Ralph Adams; her sisters, Sharon and Marilyn Adams; and her beloved dog Newby.

Diane is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Roger Whipkey; their sons, David (Judy) Whipkey and Jeff (Nancy) Whipkey; her brothers, Phillip Adams and Jerry (Peggy) Adams; her grandchildren, Derek Thompson, Lacey Morgan and Neeley Satzer; and eleven great-grandchildren. She will also be dearly missed by her precious cats, Miss Kitty and Blondie.

At the family's request, there will be no public services. Diane will be laid to rest in Wolf Run Presbyterian Cemetery in Cameron, WV.
