Debra Ann Allen

Debra Ann Allen, age 65, passed away on February 4, 2026. She was born on August 30, 1960, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Debra was the widow of Jimmie Allen, whom she lovingly cared for throughout his illness until his passing. She was a devoted caretaker by nature and a strong, independent woman who faced her own health challenges with determination.

She was the daughter of Margaret Mary Duffy (Keville) and the stepdaughter of James Eugene Duffy. Debra retired from her role as office manager at The Flamingo Motel in Clearwater, Florida, and most recently resided in Berlin, New Jersey. She cherished her years in Florida, where she enjoyed peaceful days and her love of animals.

Debra is survived by her children, Edward Joseph Winebarger and Christine Marie Daley (Gresh), wife of Drew Daley; her grandson, Domenic Klemash; her sisters, Ruth Pulaski and Kim Hogan; and her brothers, Robert Duffy and Mark Duffy. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Duffy II.
