Debra Wees Brogdon

Debra Wees Brogdon, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2026, in Fayetteville, Georgia. She was born on October 7, 1953, in Elkins, West Virginia, and graced this world for 72 years.

Debra dedicated her life to the care and well-being of others, serving as a registered nurse at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Her compassion and commitment to her profession left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside her and those she cared for.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lt. Col. Dale and Anna Wees. Debra leaves behind her devoted husband, Jimmy Brogdon, and their loving family: Eric Brogdon, Wendy Grandt and her husband Torrey, and Tim Brogdon and his wife Dianna. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Cody Grandt, Erica Brogdon, and Hailey Brogdon.

Funeral services to honor Debra's life will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 11 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home, with Pastor Mike Emeott officiating. Interment will follow at 2 o'clock at Level Creek Methodist Church, located at 4844 Suwanee Dam Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory.

Debra's warmth, kindness, and dedication to her family and community will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
