Debra "Deb" Louise (Wahl) Crowe, 64, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024 at her home.
Deb was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 29, 1960 to the late James and Martha Louise (Crow) Wahl. She was a graduate of North High School. In her earlier years, Deb enjoyed dancing. She worked as a meat cutter at Kemper's Meat Market for over 20 years and retired from Deaconess Midtown Hospital after 20 years of service. Deb loved playing BINGO and cooking for her family. She adored her pets including her dog, Levi and cats, Penny, Willow, and Polly. Deb always looked forward to eating at her favorite restaurant, Los Bravos. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Deb is survived by her husband of 46 years, Deryl Crowe of Evansville, IN; daughter, Deidra Louise Crowe of Evansville, IN; brothers, Randall Wahl (Debbie) of Paris, France and Thomas Wahl (Diane) of Evansville, IN; grandson, Craig Hammonds Jr. (Chyanne) of Evansville, IN; great-grandchildren, Brentley and Hannah; granddog, Honey; and nieces and nephews.
Deb was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of Deb's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711, with Pastor Brenda Steproe officiating.
Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time on Friday at Browning Funeral Home.
