In Loving Memory of Debra Durazo
May 22, 1969 – September 8, 2025
It is with a heavy heart that we share that Heaven gained a one-of-a-kind angel. Debra Durazo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on September 8, 2025.
Born on May 22, 1969, Debra lived a life full of love, laughter, and unwavering loyalty to her family, friends, and her favorite teams — the Kansas City Chiefs and the Vegas Golden Knights. She was also an enthusiastic supporter of the future Las Vegas Athletics, eagerly awaiting the day she could cheer them on in her hometown.
Debra wasn’t just a mom — she was a best friend, a confidante, a cheerleader, and the heart of her family. She was the best mom anyone could ask for, not only to her own children but to so many others who were lucky enough to call her a second mom. She was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, and the most adoring grandma to her grandson and granddaughter.
Her presence lit up every room she entered. Whether it was a family gathering, a birthday party, or just an ordinary day, Debra brought joy, warmth, and unforgettable energy wherever she went. She was the life of every party — and now, she’s lighting up Heaven.
Those who loved her will carry her spirit in their hearts forever. There will never be a day when she’s not missed. The thought of moving forward without her here for the big milestones — birthdays, weddings, first steps — feels unimaginable. Her absence is felt deeply, but so is the love she gave so freely.
Debra gave us 56 incredible years of memories, laughter, guidance, and love. While we wish for many more years, we are endlessly grateful for the years we were lucky enough to have her in our lives.
A celebration of Debra’s life will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Davis Funeral Homes & Memorial Park. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and honor her memory.
Rest easy, Mom. We love you more than words can ever say.
