Linda Durazo Obituary

Our beloved wife, mother, and nana went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 11, 2025 after a long and painful battle with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Linda moved to Tucson in 1967, where she graduated from Sahuaro High School. She retired from Qwest Communications after 30 years working in various roles.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ignacio; children, Eric Breyfogle, Krista (Ken) White; stepchildren, Deanna Degirolamo, Lisa (Mike) Gigi; 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Her family celebrated her life in a private ceremony on Mount Lemmon. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Friends of Pima Animal Care Center in her name.

I met Linda when we were just kids at our church, Central Church of the Nazarene. Her younger sister and I became very close friends. We also both worked for the Bell System. I am deeply saddened with her passing. Sending prayers to all family.
