Born to Delta and Arlen James LaGuire on June 11, 1959 in Flint, Michigan, Debbie is survived by her siblings, Vicky and Jimmy, and her son, Nick.
Throughout her life, Debbie was always willing to put others before herself. An incredible mother and friend, and a teacher for over thirty years, she brought joy and her remarkable sweetness to everyone around her - and that indomitable sweetness remained even to the end of her life. Debbie loved babies, daisies, and Christmas time; animals, travelling, and going out for good meals. She was all that is bright and good about humanity.
She leaves a legacy of love - the purity of her kindness and her gentle spirit could not fail to indelibly mark all those lucky enough to have known her. Love you to the moon and back.
