Debra is survived by her two daughters, Mitzi (Toney) Koukos of South Point, OH, and Mendy (Lenny) Ward of St. Petersburg, FL; two sisters, Deanne (Nolan) Vannatter of Lexington, KY, and Francis Waller of FL; one brother, Randy (Carol) Estep of Ashland, KY; seven grandchildren, Courtney (Logan) Lester of South Point, Tori (Nick) Koukos of St. Albans, WV, Stormie (Alex) Ward of St. Petersburg, FL, Hunter (Andrea) Koukos of South Point, OH, Dustin McCarty, Derek McCarty, and RJ McCarty of Kitts Hill, OH; seven great grandchildren, Silas, Jaycee, Scarlett, Sadie Rayne, Lennlee and Sutton; a beloved nephew, Aaron Mullens; two lifelong friends, Debbie Conwell and Diane Medley; and special family members, Karen (Randy) King and Rodney (Nancy) Menshouse.
No services will be held per her request. Wallace Family Funeral Home, South Point, OH, is honored to assist the family with arrangements. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.wallaceffh.com.
