Debra is preceded in death by her husband Bayne McMillan; sisters, Evelyn Huffman, Patricia Baker Camp; niece, Kristy Camp; nephews, Chad Camp and Greg Huffman.
Left to cherish her memories are her brother, Oscar Neil Baker, Jr. (Nancy); aunt, Peggy T. Barnes; nieces, Angie Chit Khin (Kenny), Tara Morton; nephews, Mark Huffman (Deb), Kelly Huffman (Jenny), Ricky Camp, Ryan Baker; cousin, Peggy Hawkins.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home and at other times at Angie Chit Khin's home.
Debra's funeral service will be held 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home with Pastor Ann Morgan officiating.
Interment will follow at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
In Lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to: The Bayne McMillan Memorial Garden c/o New Hope Presbyterian Church, 3070 Sweeten Creek Rd., Asheville, NC 28803.
