Debra Pine Obituary
Born April 24, 1954 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Beaver Flagle.
Debra retired from the Chambersburg Hospital after 22 years as a supply service technician. She enjoyed working on puzzles, sitting on her swing, mushroom hunting, fishing, and taking rides in the Jittney. Debra looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed having morning coffee with the Dutchtown Gazette Crew. She loved Jesus fiercely and her husband Bob of 52 years.
Debra attended the West Side Brethren in Christ Church in Chambersburg.
Debra is survived by her husband, Robert A. Pine, a son, Robert (Rhonda) Pine, two daughters, Melissa (Zach) Cramer, and Amy (Chip) Couch, 7 grandchildren, Dustin (Kaitlynn) Couch, Brady Cramer, Griffin Couch, Sierra Cramer, Henry Pine, Savanna Couch, and Katelyn Pine, 3 great-grandchildren, Mason Schill, Easton "Biggie" Schill, and Greyson Couch. Surviving siblings include her sister, Edna (Daniel) Molchan, two brothers, Clyde (Teresa) Flagle Jr., and Richard (Sue) Beaver, and many nieces and nephews.
Debra was preceded in death by her grandson, Brady Couch, and a nephew, Keith Flagle.
A visitation will be 6:00 -8:00 PM on Sunday, January 19, at Fries Funeral Home in Mercersburg, PA. A funeral will be 11:00 AM on Monday, January 20, at Fries Funeral Home with Reverend David Kent and Pastor Rachel Elkins officiating. There will be a visitation 1 hour prior to the funeral service and burial will take place at Stenger Hill Cemetery in Fort Loudon, PA.
