Debra Lynn Wilkins-Holmstrom

Debra Lynn (Wilkins) Holmstrom, 70, of Chillicothe Illinois, died on October 5, 2024 in Lacon. Born on September 29, 1954 in Peoria, Illinois to Larry and Barbara (Hoskins) Wilkins, she was married to Ronald Holmstrom and they had four children. She was later married to Bill Fleming. Debbie was amazing lady and definitely one of a kind. Always told you how it was, never was one told hold back! She always told you what she thought. She was very dedicated to her job at Blarney Castle where she made so many good friends. She enjoyed baking, from her pumpkin rolls, to Christmas cookies, and especially her Lime cheesecake. She also loved to read. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. Debbie loved her mother more than anything in the world. Surviving are her mother Barbara Ann Wilkins; children Jennifer Fristoe, Ryan Holmstrom, Kevin Holmstrom, and Ross Holmstrom; sisters Denise (John) Smith and Darnell Wilkins; grandchildren Brandon, Gage, & Madisyn Fristoe; Keara & Kora Krowlek, Charley, Chase & Cambry Holmstrom; Zoey & Ryder Holmstrom; great grandchildren Berkley & Rhett Fristoe; and one more on the way. She was preceded in death by her father Larry and sisters Diane Murphy & Darci Wilkins Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
