Debra Ann Williams

Debra Ann Moore Williams was born November, 18th 1965 to Stella Mae Moore and AC Moore, they later moved to San Angelo, Texas where she had her 3 daughters. Debra then later moved to Lovington NM where she was joined in union with Sammy Williams Sr. Debra was called home to be with the Lord on November, 15th 2023 with her loving husband and daughters by her side. She was loved by her family and close friends and was a joy to be around. Debra served as a C.N.A but was mostly a homemaker. She is survived by her father: Aurthur C. Moore of San Antonio Tx.; her husband of 30 years: Sammy Williams Sr. of Lovington; a brother: Dwayne Moore of San Angelo TX.; sister: Sandra Moore of San Angelo; 3 daughters: Latoya Royal of Hobbs NM, Tasha Wilson of Lovington NM, and Tejuana Wilson of Abilene Texas; 2 granddaughters: Iveanna Stokes of Pennsylvania and Jaynasia Stokes of Ohio; one grandson: Jvontre Stokes of Pennsylvanian, a host of step children, grand-children and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother: Stella Mae Moore; one step-son: Sammy Williams Jr.
Funeral services for Debra Williams will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 10:00 at Kirby-Ratliff Chapel. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
