Debra Lynn Wininger, age 66, of Seymour, passed away with her daughter by her side on September 23, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Born on May 31, 1959, in Seymour, Debra was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy (Allman) Rosengarm.

She was a woman whose heart was filled with love and care, especially for her daughter, who was truly her world. She loved to cook and share meals with her family, and her homemade chicken and dumplings were a favorite that will be remembered for years to come. She had a deep appreciation for nature, often spending time fishing and enjoying the simple beauty of the outdoors. Above all, she loved children and treasured every moment spent with her family, leaving behind a legacy of love.

Debra is survived by her daughter, Kara Rosengarm; sisters, Rita Thomas and Karen Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Betty Arney, Joan Hahn, Rebecca Welch, and Coleen Rogers; brother, Steven Corwin; and niece, Brittany Wilis.

Cremation has taken place per her family's wishes.
