Della Lee Procopio

Della (Toni) Lee Procopio, age 82, of Youngsville, NC, passed away peacefully and comfortable in her home on Friday December 20, 2024. She was surrounded by all her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Procopio Sr.
She is survived by her children, Dawn Procopio, Antoienette Parsons, and Joseph Procopio, Jr. (Kelly); Grandchildren, Angela Comes, Theodore Comes, Jr, Michael Parsons (Melissa), Alexandra Patschke (Doug), Samuel Parsons (Jordan), Joseph Procopio III, Kayla Procopio, Amanda Smith (Matt), Brian Shariak (Sheila), Kaitlyn Shariak, Great Grandchildren, Anthony Parsons, Ameila Patschke, Joseph Procopio IV, Asher and Lennox Smith, Joseph Weaver, Jr., Isabella and Kai Shariak, Brother, Joseph Marks.
She worked many years as a bookkeeper for multiple family businesses, she loved to read, write, play the piano, board games; especially Scrabble and Rummicube, crossword puzzles, cook, bake and was a great hostess.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend who dedicated her life to her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. With her presence, she had the ability to bring laughter to every room with her wonderful since of humor, she was a kind sweet soul. Toni was a devoted Catholic with unwavering faith.
She was immensely loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
Our family would like to give a huge thank you to Joseph Marks, Diane Procopio, Dr. Robert Clark, Dr. Michael Oliverio, Kelly Procopio and Pruitt Health Hospice for giving such love and care to our Mother Toni.
A memorial service will be held 1 o' clock Saturday, February 1, 2025 in the Chapel of Bright Funeral Home.
Friends are welcome to visit with the Procopio family following the service at the Funeral Home.
