Delores Grenard Obituary
She was born September 18, 1935, in Lafayette to the late Leroy John and Alice Marie (Grider) Killian. She attended Lafayette Jefferson High School and had several careers throughout her lifetime, including a cashier for local grocery stores.
Delores enjoyed doing crafts and making dolls. She loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed camping in her 5th Wheel, which she pulled all by herself from California. Above all she cherished her family and friends.
Delores is survived by her son, Jerry (Edith) Grenard; 3 grandchildren, Jeromy (Tina) Grenard, Cindi (Ryan) Rathburn, and Jerod Grenard, all of Lafayette; and 8 great-grandchildren, Jaden Grenard, Sienna Grenard, Bailey Grenard, Aleah Grenard, Paisley Grenard, Colton Grenard, Noah Rathburn, and Gauge Rathburn.
Along with her parents, Leroy and Alice Marie, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Killian.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

To Jerry and family: I am saddened to hear of Delores' passing. May her memory be a blessing. She was a very strong and independent woman and I feel honored to have worked with her.
