Delores (Dee) A. Schultz, of Baxter, Minnesota, beloved wife and mother, peacefully passed away in her sleep on March 13, 2022, at the age of 88. A memorial service for Delores will be held on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. at the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter. There will be public visitation held one hour prior to the service at 11:30 a.m. Private interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery.
Dee was born in Nokay Lake in Crow Wing County on February 18, 1934 to Clarence and Elvera (Johnson) Wickham. Dee was married on Christmas Day in 1952 to the love of her life, Marvin Schultz, and shared 69 wonderful years of marriage together. Dee was a life-long resident of Baxter and the Brainerd Lakes area, and retired from Super Value after 29 years as a cashier. She was a member of Jehovah Witnesses, Kingdom Hall in Brainerd, and was deep in her faith. Dee loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, cooking, gardening, music and her grand dogs. She also enjoyed a good game of bowling in her youth.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Marvin, her daughters Melissa Pribyl and Kris Nash, her granddaughter Rylee Nash, great grand-daughter Gemma Nash, and sisters Gertrude Kuschel and Yvonne and Kenny Ellstrom.
Delores is preceded in death by her sister Donna Luerhing, her brother Mervin Wickham, and her parents Elvera Johnson and Clarence Wickham.
