CRAVENS, Delphia (nee Burton)
Passed away June 18, 2023. Beloved wife of the late George W. Cravens for 63 years. Survived by her children, David (Vicki) Cravens, Debbie (Arlie Jr.) Whitt and Mark (Chris) Cravens. Devoted grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 6. Sister of Vileta Helton, and the late Irene Jasper, Velma Cravens, and Eldalene Henson Clouse. Daughter of the late Otis and Millie Burton. She worked for RCA in Norwood for several years. She was dedicated to her church, Maud Baptist and later named Living Water Baptist Church. She was a Sunday school teacher for many years and was church treasurer for over 25 years. She was a faithful servant of the Lord for 54 years at her church. She was a homemaker and dearly loved her family. She loved gardening and canning many vegetables from her garden. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, Thursday, 6/22, from 5PM until 7PM. Funeral Service will take place at the Living Water Baptist Church 7104 Shirley Dr., West Chester, OH 45069 Friday at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Baptist Convention or Living Water Baptist Church.
