Denise Lyn Carnes

Denise will always be remembered as a successful and accomplished individual who excelled in both her schooling and career in the field of pharmaceuticals. Her dedication and hard work led her to become a highly respected and knowledgeable doctor, admired by many. However, she will be most remembered for her kind and giving nature towards anyone in need. Denise never hesitated to offer her help and support to those around her. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her legacy of success and compassion inspire us all. Rest in peace, Denise. It is not to be forgotten that through Denise’s early years in life, she met the love of her life David W. Carnes and had two beautiful children. Denise Lyn Carnes passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the age of 50 years old. Denise was preceded in death by her grandparents, the late Elbert and Betty Crites. She is survived by her children, David Wayne Carnes, Jr. and Dillon Wayne Carnes; parents, Dennis & Clara Crites; siblings, Mary Crites (Matt York)and Jerry Crites. Denise is also survived by her nieces and nephews; & great nieces and nephews. Mikala and Madison Jones, Christina, Christopher, and Camen Crites, Derric, Mikyson Crites, Jasmine and Raven; Kahmille, Lyla, Mazikeem, Isaiah, Aria, and soon to be Everleigh. Visitation will be Friday, August 30th from 11:00 am until time of Blessing at 1:30 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pk. Ft. Wright, KY41017.
